Adobe Acrobat Sign App Reviews

The whole EchoSign product needs a major UX overhaul, and this app is no different. The whole flow is confusing, with some interesting yet useless new features (like writing your signature with your finger) pushing out the stuff I actually use (approve using a computer generated signature graphic). The login via Google is especially frustrating.

Would be great if I could access documents more than 30 days old. For that reason, most of the time the app is useless for me.

The app will not go past a spinnig icon when ready to sign in person. This was the only reason I got it so it is useless to me.

I am very grateful for this app and product. Its very easy to use and has minimal glitches. Sometimes I get reports that the form automatically fills in blanks which makes it cumbersome to correct the autocorrect. Theyve improved it over the years. This is awesome!

This app from Adobe seems simple and integrates with your email, and cloud file storage handlers; such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Box and Adobes Document Cloud. Im sure there are more that this app can pull files from like One Drive or One drive for business I need to use it to see how it does before I can give it a real grade but so far what I have see I like, and if it does what I have a visioned in my mind it will be great.

It wont let me do an in person signing. The icon just keeps spinning and never loads.

This whole program is terrible. Im going to have to find another platform. Nothing is easy to use, its not friendly with the iPad, no payment integrations. The whole point of using the iPad is to have our clients sign in person, but when we create the contact it sends them an email immediately and there is no way to turn this off. Also you cant prefill all of the fields unless you use a cumbersome work around.It was like no one put thought or testing into making this software.

Really lacking in features and generally useless. Update 2/2016. Still terrible. Updates if signed contracts not working. Lack of fingerprint scan is embarrassing. Come on guys. Step it up or get out of this part of the business.

It was awful to run it on my iPad Pro, the new 3.2.0s new interface is doing well... Just feel disappointed for did not support iPad Pro yet.

The app does not work and there is no tech support. It will not get signatures in person or send contracts to be signed.

Was a good app but continues to change without alerts. Last change was so convoluted I quit trying to figure out what to do. Would not recommend this app moving forward.

Seems to not work on a number of mobile devices. Adobe said on the forums they have registered the bug and will fix at future release. Not very helpful. The web interface works, but does not use this app.

I was a very early adopter of EchoSign and LOVED the tool. Trying to use Adobes version on the iPad is tough. Very limited functionality. I cant send reminders for contracts out for signature. Seems the sole purpose of the app is to Host signatures and get them in person. Need to be able to manage my account and do more than that. Heading to my browser now to send a reminder...

This app was mediocre at best before, but at least it got the job done. Now I cant send a single contract because it keeps saying something about "per recipient authentication is disabled". What does that mean? How do I fix it? The app is now useless. No tech support.

Just upgraded the app, and it no longer sends out. I need tech support.

The products normally works fine, but this newest update has many bugs. I am trying to attach a document to have signed and an error message comes back stating there is no document attached. Clearly the document is attached. It doesnt recognize that the document is attached so it will not allow me to add signatures. You have to log into the web site to attach and send. Completely defeats the purpose of having this app.

Having to go back to Docusign because Adobe has issues again...

Why bother with mobile devices at all, Adobe? If you cant get it right, dont do it. Its a dealbreaker that I cant send and sign document templates while on an iPhone 5. Ill be cancelling my Document Cloud/EchoSign account over this unreliable sloppiness. Bye.
