Adobe Acrobat Sign App Reviews

Useless

I wish I could give this a no star review.

Useless

I cant drag and drop initial or signature locations like the desktop version which makes this program useless for me if they cant sign in the proper location. I hope you guys get this fixed soon. I was very happy with your desktop version but have switched to Docusign as they have a great iPad ap. Docusigns desktop version is just as good.

Easy and kinda fun...

So easy to use

Intuitive

Easy to use, beautiful interface, highly intuitive A terrific must have service if you get signatures often

Very dificult to use

I got this app and to this day i have not been Able to use it. So difficult to use.

Not working properly

Cant send documents due to authentication issue. New app is poor and not at all intuitive.

Fix it. Then break it. Then fix... Repeat

I could care less about all these improvements if it only worked. Update broke the app - again. Losing patience Adobe...

Cannot load files

When you try to open the document with eSign on any iOS device from any app including but not limited to Mail and Adobe Acrobat and click "send for signature" or "sign in person" it never loads the document no matter how many times you try.

Privacy and data sharing

Need to share too much info to get a try to use this app

Not Very Happy

It lets me imported document wont let me open it up to sign in person.

Unmet potential

This could be a great app....could be a great service but isnt. Why, you ask? Because Adobe has built the entire workflow based on a false assumption: that every potential signer has an email address. I realize that it is increasingly rare for someone NOT to have an email address, but there is a huge market segment that doesnt. Consider the elderly, for example. I work for a Meals on Wheels service and our case managers must be able to obtain a signature on the application from the individual when they are at their home. But the Adobe Fill and Sign service requires that you enter an email address for each signer. So, although the app does allow for "in person" signing, you can only access the signature page after having specified the email address of the signer. If the app would allow for an individuals identity to be entered with the name and address vs. email, the app could completely revolutionize our workflow. But as it is, it doesnt help us one iota. This seems like such an obvious thing that it is difficult for me to fathom that this isnt an option. The other signing services we have looked at, including the excellent "SignEasy" app, allow it. Maybe Adobe will read this review and consider adding alternative ways to specify an identity besides email......or maybe they wont. I am sure that their competition like Docusign and Echosign are happy to scoop up the customers who are left behind by this poor decision.

Your agreement request is out of line!

No you can not sign anything on my behalf. Are you kidding me?! Great idea and would be a great convenience but as a Creative Cloud user Im concerned what I agreed to elsewhere...

Lacks user friendly features

After using this app and the Docusign app, I believe that Adobe has not spent enough time thinking through the user experience. The app itself has a visually pleasing interface and its easy to get around in. However, there are some features lacking - like the ability to apply one of your templates to a document in the app, and the ability to send a document to a couple that shares and email address. The last feature is especially annoying along with the fact that if an email address is incorrect and the document has been sent for signing, theres no way to replace the address. You have to cancel the document and start from the beginning. All in all, if you are sending a document that needs one person to sign one time, this app would be adequate. For everything else its frustrating.

*** FREAKING NIGHTMARE - NOTHING INTUITIVE ***

VAPORWARE -- DEAD END CIRCULAR REFERENCE, CIRCLE JERK APPLICATION. This is the most horrific app I think Ive used in recent memory. It asks if you wanna sign something and you answer, "YES" and identify the document and then THERE ARE ZERO OPTIONS THAT EXECUTE THE ACTUAL SIGNATURE.

Needs major improvement

Am pretty tech savvy but I could not for the life of me get this thing to work. I did all the steps necessary but when I actually send the document it emails the recipient after you click the link a window open using the Internet browser and after that nothing I mean i tried using safari and chrome but nothing work doing my test. This app has great potential if you can get the thing to work properly but for me in what I am doing who knows I my give it another go but the end result though initial impression is good is a horrible mobile experience when it comes down to the sender actually sending what you sent

App never let me log in

I have used the webpage version extensively. When I went to use the app I could never get in. Kept telling me I could reset my password from a website. Tried chat support. No help and they disconnected me.

Not Ideal

Id just like to change expiration dates, send reminders, and cancel documents with the app. Seems I cant do any of these things

Great concept, but workflow is broken

I rated this app three stars because I was able to successfully host a signature for someone else, but thats where its usefulness ends. I have a second signature after my new hires complete and sign their orientation paperwork. I open them on the website and all of the form data is there along with their signatures, but when I open the document in this app its blank and prompts me to complete all of the fields that were already completed by the new hire. Ill keep watching for fixes to this, but for now its 3 stars.

Great program!

Very nice program. Makes things convenient and all in one place. Good price too.

Pivotal for my business.

We have been using Adobe Sign since the beginning of our business. Using the app truly helps me to expedite the process for signing up clients and obtaining necessary document signatures.
