Plébiscite largement la préservation de lenvironnement : Signature électronique -> Zéro Papiers et pas de pertes/détérioration. 3 étoiles sur lAppstore, mais vraiment 3,5/5 mérité : - 0,5 pour un assouplissement des tarifs ; - 1 pour la langue Française absente (peut décourager des entrepreneurs de choisir votre solution ; Je garde quand même lapplication pour voir les mises à jour qui suivront et si mes recommandations seront suivies. Bravo à Adobe pour cet superbe app. Elle facilite la vie en pro comme en privé.

Appli qui nous était indispensable pour gérer ex echosign mais depuis le passage à la version DC les miniatures des documents émis à signer napparaissent plus ou se superposent avec danciens document echosign. De plus loption transmettre au signataire liPad pour quil signe en personne renvoi lerreur chemin daccès au document incorrect. Alors que la version web fonctionne bien. Avoir un client en face de soi, un iPad et lui demander de se connecter au web avec son téléphone pour signer... La réflexion cinglante du papier et du stylo na pas louper.

Sur le signatures en cours, le suivi de lhistorique ne sactualise pas ni sur iphone ni sur ipad. Le mail de suivi est reçu mais lhistorique nest pas actualisé malgré fermeture et réouverture de lappli. Dérangeant pour le suivi

This piece of garbage app crashes every time I go to sign a document. I can even send it to customers for signatures because the app crashes before I can even do anything. I'm just glad my company pays for this app and not me. This app is worthless.

Every time I log in I see different screens. There’s one that horrific. Not user friendly at all the other is. Need to fix a lot of things.

It’s wild to me that Adobe would release an app like this without the absolute bare minimum functionality: the ability to simply sign one of your own PDFs using your touch screen without stupid email nonsense.

I tried to use my Google account to sign in to this app, but it apparently does not conform to current security standards. I can’t tell if the app does what I need because I can’t get past the sign-in process.

Claims it is free but you must pay to use it.

I have been using this app on my iPad for 2 years with no issues and now, when I open it up, it goes to the Adobe Home Screen and I can’t send documents for signatures because it keeps telling me to get the app!! So now I don’t have a way of getting signatures from my iPad. Not sure what you did to break it but extremely frustrating!!

I used to be able to to take a doc from SIgn & Fill, import to this app and send out for signature. all of a sudden, I get errors every time and can’t send anything. Wont even open

Stopped working after update. No longer able to sign. It opens up webpage and not sign interface.

Redirects to the web and then the mobile web tells you to download the app.

The e-signature request isn’t working

This app does not work. Not as in it’s frustrating (which it is), but as in it really simply doesn’t actually work at all. This app has not worked in so long I’d just be making up a figure but it’s been years at this point. It used to be you could circumvent by opening the e-sign on the web but apparently no more, it forces you back to this completely non-functioning app. If you think I simply don’t know what I’m doing, and that it couldn’t be what I’m saying because it’s Adobe, I completely understand. It’s shocking that a company like Adobe could put out something so embarrassingly unacceptable, but trust me, they have.

How can they make something so great like photoshop yet simultaneously create such hot garbage as this?

So many bug, links that don’t work, not intuitive flow, horrible horrible for a company of this magnitude to just feel entitled to do as little as possible for a service they sell. Adobe: go through the App and meticulously fix these years-long bugs. Enough already!

Do the Adobe developers have brains???? How stupid are you to develop an APP (an APP!!!) that requires you to login each time???? Too lazy to even enable face-id. Typical lazy incompetence associated with Adobe. The CIO and developers should be FIRED.

The widget option that they advertise is not available. Please enable it.

Adobe Sign is so user unfriendly and honestly one of the worst software offerings I’ve ever seen.

Why does this even have a 2-star. Login experience is a nightmare The app doesn’t even let me login and keeps opening the browser for login but once logged in it stays in the browser view.

So untuitive, you better off getting to computer and requesting signatures there. Absulotely cumbersome I couldn’t figure out how to have people in pelts on. And to top it off on iPad one button signs you off and have to sign in again. I expected this quality from free app by no name firm. Not something that’s coming with paid membership from reputable company like adobe

This app doesn’t really have its own responsive interface. And using the document signature request features is just about unusable on a tablet. This is the key difference from DocuSign.

App does not work at all on an iPhone, literally does nothing, no button works. Their mobile site doesn’t work on the browser it directs you back to the app. So effectively you can’t use adobe sign on a mobile device. A multi billion dollar company can’t figure out a mobile solution?

Total scam, cancelled this subscription months ago and they continue to keep charging me, America is going down because of companies like these.

This app used to run flawlessly. Now, it is almost worthless. Please fix.

The user interface is fine, however, there is a pretty critical flaw where in I can’t actually sign a document in the queue from the app. It is designed to do that, however, I am unable. Super frustrating because that is the primary use case for me. Everything with Adobe costs $1 billion and it is a little disappointing that this critical function is not enabled.

This app doesn’t work. Buttons in this app are stuck in a link loop directing me back to download this app. Don’t waste your time downloading.

The documents take a long time to load. Will get notifications that a document is ready to sign, but when opening application, the documents won’t be found until manually refreshing. Then it won’t load fast, even over WiFi. Signatures also take longer to sync.

I deleted the app and reloaded hoping that would fix the issue. It is glitchy. Made me re sign in numerous times. Features won’t open when tapped. Overall just won’t perform as it is meant to.

This app is not user friendly and it cost way too much!!

It is an awesome app except the Dynamic signature feature is terrible. Should have the ability to adjust the size like you can in Windows. Also the image set to 1.5 X 1.5 and can’t be adjusted is no useful for use notaries to use our digital seals. We should have more options for the size. Could be an awesome app if they can fix these two things. Won’t be using it until they do.

Always get errors when trying to send documents. Had for two years now. Only reasons we have not switched is because it’s a ton of work to switch all the documents. There is no real support to contact to help with issues. I would not recommend using this service.

I paid for a one year subscription just to use this app. It doesn’t even work. I feel I’ve been robbed of my $60. This app doesn’t work at all.

It does not work at all. To get an esignature it has a button that says “get app.” First of all, what the heck I’m already in the app it’s supposed to get. Plus the button doesn’t work. It isn’t even clickable or do anything. And if you go to the website to request an esignature on your phone it sends you to this app. Absolutely useless. Who is in charge of this project? Adobe get it together! The only way to use this is to use their website from a computer. I have multiple documents and have been using it for years with my business fine. And the weird part is every year or so I come back to this app. And over some seasons it worked fine. And then other times it has been like this for currently the entire last year or so.

When I try, it pulls up the website which then tells me to download the app—which I already have on my phone. What kind of ridiculous, circular logic?? It’s been going on for months now. The app is essentially useless to me and that makes my life difficult as a disabled person who sometimes can’t leave my bed but still needs to work. Y’all fix this glitch PLEASE.

Need to add support for onedrive and onedrive for busness so I can pull in documents that need a in person signature making it faster and easier to do this without have to switch between 2-3 other apps to do this process.

Stupid app doesn’t work with google

Can no longer send docs for signature on the app. Also logs me out everytime.

Currently I am having to deal with Adobe taking money out of my account for this app that doesn’t even work. They’ve charged my card for multiple months for an app that cannot even load these contracts into the sending box. $24 dollars a month comes out of my account now with no invoices recorded on my Adobe. This is a SCAM! There isn’t even an option on my Adobe account to cancel this! Again: DO NOT TRY THIS ONE!

Spent a lot of time preparing agreements for trade shows for our sales reps. Created a great agreement template and set up a process for us… but NOW there form field user view when filling out the fields doesn’t work and the fields are NOT showing up after filling them out. It is wonky and the fields just go blank again. Please fix asap!!!

I’m having a new bug where it says Session Expired almost immediately once I sign in. Previously I could stay signed in, but now I can’t even log in and open a document before it kicks me out. It also started requesting my location constantly every time I go to sign, saying the sender requested it, but I am the sender, and I don’t see any option to not request location. Very annoying. Why is this so hard for Adobe?

It has me sign in and seems to just be the web portal. What’s the point if I can just bookmark that page on Safari?

You would think day and age that this app would be optimized for iOS and now they have made it where you have to request e-signatures only on the app which doesn’t work for iPad. Trash trash trash

When clicking “request e-signature”, it just brings me back to download the app again.

I pay for the Pro plan and get no help or support with this.

This app just doesn't work. I have no idea what Adobe is doing here.

I want to love this app but I can’t fully trust it because it’s missing many of the agreements I need to approve or sign, even after refreshing the app. Hopefully the app developer can fix this soon.

I used to be able to send documents for electronic signature all the time with no problem . A few months ago the app started displaying a message saying operation failed each time I tried to send a document for signature . Nothing I do fixes the problem . I would have thought they caught and fixed the bug by now . But NOPE! Get with it Adobe ! I need to use this service on the go !

Absolutely horrendous and painstakingly awful to use. I have acrobat pro so should work but you log into an “app” which is really a poorly designed webpage that is turns out to not be mobile friendly. My document was created and sent through the pc acrobat pro. After my clients both signed, I tried to sign the document on the iPhone App Store “app”, Adobe Sign. When I clicked on the View and Sign button nothing happened. It tried several times and even logging out and doing it again and nothing. I clicked on one of the other items it stretched across big and couldn’t see and the “app” would not let me move the screen to see it. I tried this same thing through the “app” on my iPad and the same thing. The other adobe apps and pc version are great but this non-app “app” continues to be a terrible. So many of the other digital signature apps are leaps and bounds better. If I wasn’t so happy with the other adobe products I would switch. Ever since they bought echo sign they have continued to make that part of acrobat pro worse. Adobe should just start over, make a real app and not a crappy web app and keep up product standards like the rest of their products. I have tried using this app several times before and was hoping by now it was better, but it isn’t and decided i had to give my opinion on it. I ended up signing by clicking through the standalone Acrobat app but I still had do have it text me a link to sign but I should’ve been able to do this with the acrobat sign app all in one step. If you don’t need their other products and you only need a document signing app, choose something else.

Fails on every document. Useless. Even the adobe e-sign isn’t able to be used as a substitute as that iPhone app doesn’t have initials to be added to a document. Useless!!!

Be a great tool if templates could be accessed from within the app.
